2. Downloading and installing the Tradition Casino software?

3. How long will it take to download the casino software?

9. What do you mean by “flushed” collection or withdrawal?

  • Usually, Tradition Casino winnings are paid in 48H but you may obtain 'flushed' cash collection or withdrawals if you’re VIP. This will allow you to, if you so request, remove the cashing-in or withdrawal from the waiting list and therefore, speed up the process.

    However, once you have made the request you will no longer be able to change your mind. Note that Tradition Casino only makes this service available to VIP players.

10. What is meant by cashable bonuses?

  • A cashable bonus is one that you may cash in after having played it together with your deposit for a certain amount of times, while a non-cashable bonus (or sticky bonus), as its name suggests, may not be cashed in. With cashable bonuses, you may cash in your deposit, your gains and your bonus altogether.

    Most of the bonuses with deposits at Rival casinos fall into this category.

    These are, in fact, able to be fully cashed in. They are not subject to any cashing-in limit, unlike most of the no deposit bonus offers. Players must ensure that they read and understand the terms of the promotion before playing.


11. Is it safe to use a credit or debit card?

12. How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

  • Most withdrawals take no longer than 7 days. Casino payments for Tradition Casino are usually processed 7 working days after the request.

    If you are a member of our VIP Club, you may be able to request 'flushed transaction' which are processed within 48 hours. These transactions are processed faster but cannot be cancelled. Payments will be made to an E-Wallet such as Moneybookers or NETeller.


13. What are playthrough requirements? Which games may I play with a bonus?

  • Make sure you read the terms and conditions of a bonus before claiming it. The terms and conditions will detail the playthrough requirements or wagering requirements and which games are available to play for each bonus offer.

    Games available to play on some bonus offer will be restricted to Slots, iSlots, Keno and Scratch Card games until the playthrough requirements are met. For instance, a bonus of $/£/€100 with a playthrough requirements of 15 x (deposit + bonus) will require that you wager 15 times the value of the bonus + deposit ($/£/€30000 in total) before being able to play other games and before being able to withdraw.

    Once you have wagered $/£/€3000 on Slots, iSlots, Keno or Scratch Card games, you will have met the playthrough requirements for this bonus.

14. How do I know when the playthrough requirements have been met?

  • Cash outs are subject to wagering requirements. You will not be able to withdraw until the playthrough requirements linked to your bonus have been met.

    To check whether the wagering requirements have been met, click on “Cashier”, click on your promotion and the confirmation will be indicated.

    If you have not yet met the wagering requirements for this offer, you will not be able to withdraw your winnings.


15. May I play with several bonuses?

  • No. You can only claim and play one bonus at a time. You will only be able to claim another bonus if you have withdrawn all winnings from your account or if you player’s account balance is less than 1 casino credit.

    We strongly recommend ensuring that your balance is 0 before claiming another promotion. Please note that you cannot claim more than one bonus per hour.

    You may only ask for another bonus once a withdrawal has been processed or when there is less than one credit on your account.

    It is recommended that you always bring your balance down to 0 before claiming another bonus and making a new deposit so as to erase the conditions linked to your previous bonus.

    Do not forget that in general you are only allowed to claim one bonus per hour.


16. How may I cancel a bonus or promotion?

  • Unfortunately, once you have made a deposit, it is not possible to cancel a bonus from your account.

    However, if you have not yet made the deposit you may still decline the bonus. To cancel the bonus or promotion, click on “Cashier”, then click on the promotion and click on “Unclaim”.


17. How are the results of the games generated?

  • Tradition Casino games results are triggered by a Random Number Generator or RNG – at the cutting edge of the technology.

18. What are loyalty points and how do I collect them?
